Q: What type of payment does Sublime Shadows accept?
A: We accept payments via paypal and credit cards.  All payments are done on a secure server.

Q: How long does it take to ship a product?
A: Shipment arrival depends on the quanity of the order, most products will ship out within 3-5 business days.  The time of the arrival will depend on the shipping method chosen.

Q: What is an eyeshadow primer?
A: Primer is a product you can use on your entire face, the primer will give you a smoother surface to apply makeup to.  Example:  It fills in and covers lines so there's no creasing after eyeshadow is applied.
   Something you can use as an alternative without having to purchase an expensive eye primer is white eyeliner(one with a smooth texture).  You can either apply it to your lid and rub it into your eyelid and the upper part of your eye almost to your eyebrow, or apply it to your finger and rub it into your eyelid.  You rub it in so it lightens your eyes (if it's pasty white then you've applied too much!)  The eyeshadow will not only last longer, but the color will be even brighter. :)

Q: What if I don't like my product, may I return it?
A: If you are not satisfied with the product you've purchased, please contact us with the problem that you have with the product.  We will fix the issue to the best of our abilites.  Note: Body Jewelry is NOT returnable.

Q: I am allergic to certain ingredients.  How do I go about purchasing an eyeshadow that will not aggrivate or irritate my allergies?
A: Please feel free to contact us with your allergies and the product you're interested in purchasing, or simply ask us for the ingredient list of that product.  We do, of course, care about our costumers wellness.  :)  Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Q: What jar sizes does Sublime Shadows offer? And will my price change?
A: Jar prices vary depending on the size. We currently offer these sizes
