Terms & Conditions
General
· By placing an order with Sublime Shadows you are agreeing to all of the terms and policies of Sublime Shadows. If you have a concern or do not understand something below please feel free to contact us and do not place an order until the issue is clarified. Sublime Shadows reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Terms
· At Sublime Shadows we reserve the right to refuse to anyone we have had previous conflict with. The terms and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
Prices
· All prices are subject to change at any time.
Payment
· Payment must be received in USD form.
· All payments are accepted via PayPal.
Order Changes/Cancellations
· Orders may not be changed after payment is received.
· Orders may not be cancelled once 24 hours after payment has been received.
Refunds/Returns
· Due to the nature of eye shadow products, they are non-returnable/refundable.
· If a mistake in order on our part has been made a refund, replacement, or store credit may be recieved.
Shipping
· All orders are shipped through USPS.
· Shipping times listed are a general estimation and therefore may take more or less time due to USPS and Sublime Shadows is not responsible for the order taking longer than predicted.
· The customer must specify the correct address when ordering. If an incorrect address is given it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of reshipping the order should the package be returned.
· Paying with PayPal, if Sublime Shadows must obtain the address through PayPal, Sublime Shadows will only ship to the address listed with the PayPal account, not an address listed otherwise in the payment details.
· If a different address is listed on PayPal than what is listed in an email or order details, Sublime Shadows will ship to the address listed to in the email or order details.
· Larger orders that require a larger shipping cost may cause additional charges.
Color
· The colors you see on monitor may differ slightly from the color you receive. This is due to different monitor settings and therefore no refunds shall be given.
· Sublime Shadows suggests that due to this if you are unsure to purchase a sample if there are concerns based on your monitor settings.
Order Processing
· The time is listed on the front page as a guideline as to how long it takes to get an order processed before shipping.
· An estimated time of shipment will be sent to customer upon completion of order.
· The estimated time may change due to national holidays, payment processing or other unavoidable delays.
· We shall notify you if more than a few days delay occurs.
Discounts and Coupons
· Only one discount or coupon may be used per order.

· All content including images and text on Sublime Shadows is the property of Sublime Shadows (c) 2009-2010. All content of the website are not to be taken or copied without permission and if you do it will be in violation of the copyright.
· If you would like to use an image or content please feel free to contact us and we will decide whether or not to approve your request.
Privacy
· Any personal information given to Sublime Shadows is fully confidential. All personal information includes, shipping information (name, address, phone numbers, email addresses and paypal accts.)
· Any photos sent to Sublime Shadows are to be given free use of on the website for Sublime Shadows (Including Sublime Shadows Youtube and Myspace page)unless a customer requests otherwise. If you request your photo to remain private they will not be given use for anything other than the reason sent.
